Exceptions (Our Responsibility)

We will only offer a replacement or refund if the issue is a direct result of our error, including:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error


Reporting an Issue

If your order qualifies under the exceptions above, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
