At Dope As Her, every piece is made with intention. Because of that, all orders are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted third-party production partners.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

This timeframe allows your item to be created and prepared for delivery. Processing times may increase during:

  • New drops

  • High-volume seasons

  • Holidays

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees.

Third-Party Fulfillment

All products are produced and shipped by a third-party partner. Because of this:

  • We do not control shipping carrier delays

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates

  • Items may ship separately if ordered together

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Dope As Her is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered, Dope as Her is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
